Irina Fradkin
Director

Irina Fradkin is the Director of Kids Paradise Daycare, bringing years of experience in both childcare and private school settings. Her deep passion for working with children began early in life and ultimately led her to earn a Master of Education from Gratz College.

Irina’s dedication and leadership have played a key role in the growth and success of the center. Under her guidance, Kids Paradise Daycare proudly achieved a STAR 4 designation. She has led efforts to enhance classroom routines, implement comprehensive lesson plans, improve teaching strategies, and foster ongoing staff development through training and team-building initiatives.

Irina is proud to lead with purpose and to contribute to the continued excellence and professional advancement of Kids Paradise Daycare.

Injana “Ana” Huso
Director

Ana Huso is a dedicated Director at Kids Paradise Daycare. Originally from Albania, she earned her degree in Social Sciences in 2008 and moved to the United States in 2018.

Soon after arriving, Ana joined the Kids Paradise team as a teacher. Her hands-on experience with children of all ages, along with her genuine care and dedication, quickly made her a trusted figure among families and staff. In 2020, her hard work and passion for early childhood education led to her promotion to Director.

In her leadership role, Ana is committed to creating a warm, welcoming environment where children feel safe, supported, and excited to learn. She works closely with families and staff to ensure every child receives the highest quality care in a nurturing and community-focused setting.

Lindita Sinani
Infant Assistant Teacher

Lindita Sinani was born and raised in Albania, where she worked as a daycare teacher for 22 years. After moving to the United States, she continued her lifelong commitment to early childhood education.

Lindita has been part of the Kids Paradise Daycare team for five years, focusing primarily on infant care—a role she truly loves. Her calm and nurturing presence creates a comforting environment for the youngest members of our community.

With a passion for helping children grow from the very start, Lindita is dedicated to becoming the best teacher she can be, one smile and milestone at a time.

Kristina Fezo
Infant Lead Teacher

Kristina Fezo was born and raised in Korça, Albania, where she worked in a daycare center for four years. Her passion for caring for children has been lifelong, but becoming a mother gave her an even deeper appreciation for the importance of early childhood development.

After moving to the United States with her family, Kristina was determined to continue her career in childcare. She dedicated herself to learning a new language and successfully completed her CDA training, further strengthening her knowledge and skills as an early childhood educator.

Kristina believes that today’s children are tomorrow’s future and is committed to providing a safe, loving, and enriching environment for the infants in her care.

Zoica Lule
Young Toddler Teacher

Zoica Lule earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics while living in Albania, where she worked in the banking industry. After moving to the United States, she discovered her true calling in early childhood education.

Zoica has been a dedicated member of the Kids Paradise Daycare team for nearly four years and currently teaches in the Young Toddlers group. She finds great joy in working with children ages one to two and is passionate about helping shape young minds during these important early years.

Her caring approach and commitment to growth make her a valuable part of our team. Zoica looks forward to continuing her journey in the education field and supporting the development of every child in her care.

Edlira Rizaj
Manager, Pre-Kindergarten Lead Teacher

Edlira Rizaj has dedicated her career to working with children, bringing decades of experience to the classroom. Originally from Albania, she expanded her knowledge after moving to the United States and earned her CDA credential in early childhood education.

For the past 12 years, Edlira has worked as a Lead Teacher, and she has been a valued part of the Kids Paradise Daycare team for six of those years. She takes pride in her group instruction while also providing individualized attention to ensure each child receives the care and support they need.

Edlira thoughtfully plans activities that promote children’s intellectual, physical, and emotional development. Her patience, compassion, and unwavering love for teaching have shaped her journey as an educator and continue to inspire those around her.

Klarita Anastasi
Young Toddler Lead Teacher

Klarita Anastasi earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Albania. Before transitioning into early childhood education, she spent several years working in the banking industry.

Since moving to the United States, Klara has embraced her passion for working with young children. She has been a dedicated member of the Kids Paradise Daycare team for about three years and currently serves as a Lead Teacher for the Young Toddler group.

Klara finds true joy in helping toddlers grow, learn, and express themselves. She believes that children are our greatest teachers, showing us the meaning of unconditional love. Her goal is to continue growing professionally and making a lasting, positive impact in the lives of every child she teaches.

Ranja Kuka
Teacher

Ranja Kuka was born and raised in Albania, where she earned her degree in Human Sciences from the University of Vlora in 2020. Shortly after, she moved to the United States and began her career in early childhood education.

Since joining the team at Kids Paradise Daycare, Ranja has become known for her creativity, dedication, and passion for helping children learn and grow. She has a special interest in arts and crafts, and she loves designing hands-on activities that engage children’s senses, promote fine motor skills, and spark imagination.

Ranja is committed to creating a warm and supportive environment where every child feels encouraged to explore, express themselves, and build confidence through creativity and play.

Melissa Rosado
Lead Teacher

Melissa Rosado is a Lead Teacher at Kids Paradise Daycare. She is bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish, and brings a strong sense of care and dedication to her role.

Melissa earned her Medical Assistant degree from Star Technical Institute and worked in a doctor’s office for three years before discovering her passion for early childhood education. She began her journey at Kids Paradise as a teacher’s assistant, where her love for working with children inspired her to continue her training and earn her CDA credential.

Melissa finds true joy in supporting young learners and helping them grow in a positive, nurturing environment. She is proud to be part of the Kids Paradise team and values the opportunity to help shape the children’s development each day.

Dismary Almanzar
Teacher

Dismary Almanzar was born in the Dominican Republic, where she earned her degree in Business Administration before relocating to the United States. She is bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish, and brings a deep sense of care and commitment to her work in early childhood education.

In 2022, Dismary began her journey at Kids Paradise Daycare as a teacher’s assistant. With the support and encouragement of her colleagues, she earned her CDA credential in Early Childhood Education in 2024.

Dismary is dedicated to continuous learning and growth in her role, always striving to provide the best care and support to the children. She finds great joy in being part of a team that works with love, purpose, and dedication each day.

Eliverta Capollari
Cook

Eliverta Capollari has been a valued member of the Kids Paradise Daycare team since 2017, serving as our dedicated cook. Each day, she prepares fresh, nutritious, and well-balanced meals that support the health and development of every child in our care.

With her attention to detail and commitment to quality, Eliverta ensures the children receive three wholesome meals a day in a warm, home-like environment. Her care and culinary expertise play an essential role in the children’s daily routine and overall well-being.

Elona Zogani
Teacher – Preschool Classroom

Elona Zogani joined the Kids Paradise Daycare team in August 2022 and currently works in one of our preschool classrooms. She brings energy, creativity, and dedication to her role each day, with a deep passion for early childhood education.

Elona earned her degree in Early Childhood Education in 2005 and brings 17 years of teaching experience from Albania. She is known for creating engaging activities and thoughtful arts and crafts projects that help children learn, grow, and express themselves.

With her strong background and nurturing approach, Elona is a beloved teacher and a valued member of our team.

Fabiola Meco
Lead Teacher – Older Toddler Group

Fabiola Meco was born and raised in Albania, where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology. She worked as a Clinical Psychologist in her home country, supporting children ages 7 to 12 for five years.

In 2023, Fabiola moved to the United States with her family and joined the Kids Paradise Daycare team in May as the Lead Teacher for the Older Toddler group. She is passionate about working with young children and believes the first five years are critical in shaping their personality and future.

Fabiola is committed to creating a nurturing and enriching environment where every child can grow, learn, and thrive with confidence.
